Who we are

About Suyog Hydrosystems

Suyog Hydrosystems is a hydraulic power pack manufacturer based at Talwade, in the Pimpri-Chinchwad industrial belt of Pune. Established in 1991, we design, build and test standard and custom hydraulic power units for machine tools, special-purpose machines and industrial automation — engineered, manufactured and tested under one roof.

Since 1991

30+ years of hydraulic engineering

The company began in 1991 building hydraulic systems in Pune, and grew steadily into a dedicated manufacturer of hydraulic power packs. Over three decades that work has covered a wide range of duties — from compact clamping units to larger custom power units — across the machine-tool and general engineering industries of the region.

Thirty years of building and testing power packs is not a marketing line. It is accumulated engineering judgement about what fails, what lasts, and how to size a system that runs shift after shift. That judgement is what we bring to every enquiry.

What we do in-house

Manufacturing, engineering and testing under one roof

Because design, assembly and testing all happen in the same facility, we keep control of quality and lead time — and the engineer who designs a unit can see how it behaves on the bench.

Manufacturing

Manufacturing capability

Assembly of complete hydraulic power packs — reservoirs, motor-pump groups, manifold blocks, valves, piping and instrumentation — built to order for standard and custom requirements.

  • Standard power packs, fast to specify
  • Custom HPUs to your pressure and flow
  • Manifold and valve assemblies
Engineering

Engineering capability

Sizing of pump, motor, tank and controls around your application — clamping, actuation, press or SPM duty — with attention to duty cycle, heat and reliability rather than catalogue numbers alone.

  • Pump flow & motor (kW/HP) sizing
  • Reservoir and cooling considerations
  • Valve and control philosophy to spec
Testing

Testing facility

Every applicable unit is run on our own bench with hydraulic testing capability up to 350 bar and 200 LPM before dispatch, so it has proven itself under pressure before it reaches your floor.

Quality

Quality & pre-dispatch testing

We would rather a unit prove itself on our bench than be commissioned for the first time on your machine. Pre-dispatch testing is a standard part of how we work, not an optional extra.

  • Pressure & relief-valve settings verified
  • Flow and functional operation checked
  • Leakage and motor/pump operation confirmed
  • Pre-dispatch test certificate with every applicable unit

Specifications and test parameters are confirmed against your application on enquiry.

How we work

Engineering first. Honest. Practical.

Our approach is engineering first: get the sizing right, build it properly, and prove it on the bench before it ships. We would rather tell you plainly what an application needs — and what it does not — than oversell a specification.

Practical decisions matter as much as ideal ones. A power pack has to fit the machine, survive the duty cycle, and be serviceable years from now. Those are the things we design for.

  • Engineering first — sizing and reliability before sales talk
  • Honest — clear about what your application actually needs
  • Practical — built to fit, run and be maintained on your floor
