What is the SH-MT Series?

The SH-MT Series is Suyog Hydrosystems' standardized range of machine tool hydraulic power packs, covering hydraulic chuck clamping, VMC fixture clamping, pallet clamping, tailstocks, brakes, counterbalance and multi-function machine-tool systems, built on standard MT-03 to MT-25 power platforms.

Can Suyog build application-specific machine tool HPUs for OEMs?

Yes. Alongside the standardized SH-MT range, Suyog supplies application-specific hydraulic systems for machine builders and automation integrators, including hydraulic circuit engineering, manifold design, pressure and flow selection, machine PLC interface, testing and repeat OEM production.

The platform ranges are standard, not guaranteed specifications for every application. Final flow, pressure, motor rating, tank capacity and hydraulic configuration are selected according to cylinder volume, required cycle time, operating pressure, duty cycle and machine requirements.

Standardized range, engineered to your machine

Most machine-tool hydraulics fall into a handful of well-understood duties — clamp a chuck, hold a fixture, lock a pallet, actuate a tailstock, release a brake, balance a vertical axis. The SH-MT Series covers these as standard platforms so you can specify quickly.

Where the machine has an unusual cylinder volume, cycle time, duty cycle or control requirement, the same platforms are configured — or fully engineered — to suit. You get the speed of a standard product with the fit of a custom one.
