Custom manifold blocks that integrate your valves into one compact, leak-tested circuit. Designing valve functions into a machined manifold replaces loops of pipe and fittings with drilled internal galleries — fewer joints, fewer leak paths, a smaller footprint and a more reliable hydraulic system.
What it is
A hydraulic manifold is a solid metal block with internal drilled passages that route oil between mounted valves and the machine's ports. Instead of connecting each valve with external tube and fittings, the circuit lives inside the block.
We design each manifold from your hydraulic circuit — mapping every directional, pressure and flow function onto valve stations and sizing the internal galleries and ports for the required flow. The result is a compact assembly that does the work of a bulky pipe-and-valve arrangement in a fraction of the space.
Because most of the connections move inside the block, there are far fewer external joints. That directly reduces leak paths, cuts assembly and commissioning time, and makes the system easier to service. Manifolds are supplied as standalone components or mounted onto a Suyog hydraulic power pack as a complete, tested unit.
Why a manifold instead of piped valves:
Typical specifications
Manifolds are engineered to your circuit — there is no fixed catalogue. The ranges below are typical / illustrative to show what we build; the exact block is confirmed on enquiry.
| Parameter | Typical range / option | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Block material | Aluminium or steel | Selected for working pressure & environment |
| Working pressure | up to 650 bar (typ.) | Tested on our in-house bench |
| Valve stations | Single to multi-station | Sized to your circuit functions |
| Port sizing | BSP / metric / SAE | Sized to required flow & your machine ports |
| Valve types | Directional, pressure, flow, check, cartridge | Solenoid or manual; makes to preference |
| Mounting | Standalone or on power pack | Integrated & tested with the HPU if required |
| Testing | Pressure & leak tested | Functional check of each station |
Typical — confirmed on enquiry. The above are indicative reference parameters, not a final specification or price list. Block size, valving, port sizes and pressure rating are matched to your circuit and confirmed by a Suyog engineer before quoting. Detailed datasheet available on request.

In-house testing
No manifold leaves our factory unverified. Each block is pressure-tested for internal cross-porting and external leaks — up to 650 bar on our own bench — and every valve station is checked for correct function.
Warranty & documentation
Each manifold assembly ships with a pre-dispatch test record confirming pressure integrity and functional operation. A detailed datasheet — block drawing, valve schedule and port map — is available on request for your enquiry. Warranty terms are confirmed with your quotation.
Questions
Either works. If you have a hydraulic schematic, we design the manifold block directly from it. If you only have the machine function — the actuators, sequence and pressures — our engineers develop the circuit with you first, then design the manifold around it.
Directional (solenoid and manual), pressure-relief and pressure-reducing, flow-control and check valves, plus cartridge and modular valves from standard manufacturers. Proportional valves can be mounted where the control philosophy requires it. Valve makes are selected to your preference or availability.
Every manifold is pressure- and leak-tested before it ships. On our in-house bench we can verify integrity and functional operation up to 650 bar, checking for internal cross-porting and external leaks, and confirming each valve station switches correctly.
Yes. We build manifolds as standalone components or integrate them directly onto a Suyog hydraulic power pack or power unit, so the whole assembly arrives plumbed, wired-ready and tested together.
