Hydraulic Systems & Special-Purpose Hydraulics

Complete, bespoke hydraulic systems engineered around your machine — not just a power pack. As one of Pune's oldest hydraulic manufacturers, every system is made to order and fully customised: we scope the duty, engineer the circuit, build and test the unit, and match it to your machine interface — from boom luffing and stacker–reclaimer duty to lubrication and special-purpose machines.

What it is

Beyond a standalone power pack

A hydraulic power pack is the source of power. A hydraulic system is the whole engineered solution — the power unit plus the control circuit, manifolds, piping, actuators interface and the integration onto the machine — designed so the complete function works the way the machine needs it to.

Many machines need more than an off-the-shelf unit. Multiple actuators have to be sequenced, forces and cycle times have to be met, and the hydraulics have to fit and talk to the rest of the machine. That is systems work: understanding the application, engineering the circuit and control philosophy, then building and testing it as one integrated deliverable.

We do this for OEMs building their own machines and for special-purpose machines where the requirement is unique. The power pack we make may be a single item, or it may be one element of a larger system we scope, engineer, build, test and hand over ready to integrate.

Systems we have built to order:

  • Boom luffing systems — hydraulics for luffing duty on material-handling and heavy plant
  • Stacker–reclaimer systems — bulk-handling hydraulics for demanding, continuous plant duty
  • Lubrication systems — engineered lubrication units matched to the machine
  • OEM & special-purpose machines — unique circuits with sequenced, multi-actuator duty, engineered to your interface
  • Retrofit / upgrade — replacing or extending an existing hydraulic system

What we engineer

Scope, engineer, build & test

Every system is defined by the machine, so there is no fixed catalogue. The parameters below are typical / illustrative to show the envelope we work within; the exact system is scoped and confirmed on enquiry.

Hydraulic systems — typical engineered parameters (indicative, confirmed on enquiry)
ElementTypical range / optionNotes
Working pressureup to 650 bar (typ.)Tested on our in-house bench
Flow rateup to 200 LPM (typ.)Sized to cycle time & actuator volume
Actuators / stationsSingle to multi-actuatorSequenced to the machine function
ControlManual / solenoid / PLC-ready / proportionalPhilosophy matched to the duty

Typical — confirmed on enquiry. The above are indicative reference parameters, not a final specification or price list. The complete system is scoped, engineered and confirmed by a Suyog engineer before quoting. Detailed datasheet available on request.

Where our systems work

Typical applications

Systems and integration for machines where hydraulics are core to the function.

Options

What we engineer into each system

In-house testing

Every system is function- and pressure-tested before dispatch

The complete power unit and circuit are run on our own bench — pressure, flow and functional operation verified up to 650 bar and 200 LPM where applicable — and the system ships with a pre-dispatch test record.

Warranty & documentation

Delivered with test data and warranty

Each system ships with a pre-dispatch test record confirming pressure, flow and functional operation. A detailed datasheet — system schematic, component schedule and interface details — is available on request for your enquiry. Warranty terms are confirmed with your quotation.

Questions

Frequently asked

How is a hydraulic system different from a hydraulic power pack?

A power pack is the source of hydraulic power — pump, motor, tank and valves. A hydraulic system is the whole solution: the power unit plus the control circuit, manifolds, piping, actuators interface and the integration onto your machine, engineered so the complete function works as intended. We supply both, and often the power pack is one part of a larger system we build.

Do you work from a specification, or help define one?

Both. If you have a full specification we build to it. More often we start from what the machine has to do — the motions, forces, cycle time and interfaces — and our engineers scope the system, propose the circuit and confirm the specification with you before build.

Can you match the electrical and machine interface of our equipment?

Yes. Systems are engineered to your machine interface — port sizes and connections, mounting and footprint, and control philosophy from manual through solenoid to PLC-ready and proportional control, with the electrical junction and terminal layout to suit your panel.

Is the complete system tested before it ships?

Yes. The power unit and circuit are function- and pressure-tested on our in-house bench — up to 650 bar and 200 LPM where applicable — and the system ships with a pre-dispatch test record. Commissioning support on your machine can be arranged.
